As promised, now I've used this unit for a few days, I leave you here the first impressions.

With technological progress and the material world we live in increasingly accumulate more gadgets. The use of these technologies is shared between the professional and personal life, so every time we demand more and better features.

When I saw the Samsung i900 OMNIA , I found a device that seemed quite complete, containing each of the gadgets I use in everyday life and although it is often said that devices that do much end up doing nothing with quality, I decided to risk .

The idea was to replace a digital camera NIKON Coolpix S200 , my mp3 player Creative Muvo , my GPS TOMTOM ONE Iberian . At the same time add the functionality of a PDA (I had a Toshiba , but the battery gave the gun and not to walk with another device just to leave), be able to call me at Wi-Fi networks (at home and in street).

It's true and it is also a mobile phone :) . What operating system is Windows 6.1 Professional . I know that does not have much weight in terms of mobile phone systems have with the computers and the OS (Operating System) is the most famous Symbian , which Nokia uses and even the recent Android launched by Google , but still, Windows 6.1 allows for easy navigation logic, after all we are used to PC's.

The unit is very elegant, has the touch screen. It came with a pen with an upscale, I would say even luxurious, to use the screen. As a PDA , the purchased version has 16GB of memory, I think that space is not missing.

In terms of connections, there is a 3G (HSDPA) 7.2 Mbps, excellent speed, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB, A-GPS, Quad-Band, etc..

To work with the built-in GPS, comes the map Route 66 Iberia, that first impressions make me happier than the TOM TOM ONE. They also have the Google Maps .

The camera has 5 MP with autofocus, flash, zoom and an interesting feature which is the Face Detection (I'll get this feature in a future post). It allows for selection of sensitivity ISO800 the pictures in low light, perhaps because of my inexperience, did not fare as well as expected.

Has video player that allows you to read formats such as Divx, Xvid, MP4, MP3, wmv, etc.. The Radio with RDS has an excellent quality as well.

Try in the next post on this subject, detailing each of the features that I've mentioned and also add pictures so they can enjoy the excellent design of this multifunctional mobile.
